Hello, the apartment is on the first floor so no need of lift/elevator. Comfortable softly carpeted stairs and the apartment is on a flat level.

As well specified in the description and in the amenities; there is one family bathroom and 2 double beds (one double and one king size).

Hi do you have air conditioning in the apartment?

As specified in the amenities of the property there is no air con in the house as it is rarely needed in London. Current May daily temperature is 19 C and it will go to around 24'C in summer.

Hello , This property is showing as available for my family of 5. Can i ask what sleeping facilities you have for the 3rd child ( age 7 please) as a 1 x double and 1 x king would not be enough for us. Kindest Regards

Beautiful house in prime location

Beautiful apartment in the best location you could ask for, the host and all of her staff are simply amazing and highly accommodating and professional. My family and I loved staying here, everything was simply perfect. The beds are spacious and super comfortable which made our trip ultra relaxing. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished in every detail and I particularly loved the marbles in the bathroom and kitchen and the solid parquet in the living room and bedrooms. The apartment is situated in a great location in a quiet mews street just off Regents Street. It is close to all amenities, shops, restaurants and bars. Nathalie was an outstanding host. She was very responsive, gave me great recommendations and was so helpful in answering all the questions I had. I will definitely book this house again on my next trip to London.

Great location

Excellent location, walkable to many attractions and close to the beautiful Regent's park. Modern interior and exceptionally clean.

We found the deposit procedure a little inconvenient. It is unusual to carry so much cash around these days. We also changed our plans and wanted to leave an hour earlier but had to wait until the cleaner arrived to return our deposit. A bank transfer would have been a better system.

Really enjoyed staying at this beautiful apartment

My family and I came for a meetup holiday and really enjoyed staying at this beautiful apartment. It had all the necessary amenities and the host did a brilliant job at providing detailed check-in instructions and was very responsive throughout our stay. The location is unbelievable being right in Marylebone next to Oxford Street + Regents Street. Overall, it was excellent value for the price and we will be happy to stay here in the future and recommend it to other families.

A very confortable stay

Nathalie had 1h15 late but Nathalie stayed at the flat to welcome us which was confortable. She took time to explain us all we had to know about the flat. The flat is very well located and we could do lots of thinks by walking as the weather was just wonderful. We spent a nice week in London.

If i have to make some propositions, the kitchen might be more furnished with dishes to cook and to open a bottle of wine for example ;) but nothing really important.

Stunning pied-à-terre in central London

Lovely apartment! Everything was perfect from the conversations with the host Nathalie and her enormously fast response times to the quality and cleanliness of the apartment with its leafy terrace right next to the living room and the stunning brand-new furniture. But the best aspect definitely is the location. In terms of location this is as good as it can possibly get in London: round the corner to Marylebone High Street, Oxford Circus and Regents Park! We will definitely come back.
